Payment & Subscriptions

LightWeather Premium is priced at $0.50 USD per month, paid in LCAI cryptocurrency. The LCAI amount is calculated at the time of payment based on the current market price and may differ from month to month.

All payments are made in LCAI on the Lightchain mainnet and are final and non-refundable. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature. We cannot reverse, recall, or refund any payment once it has been sent to the subscription address.

Subscriptions are valid for 30 days from the time your payment is verified. Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You must manually renew before your subscription expires to maintain uninterrupted access.

Price Variance

The LCAI amount required for subscription changes with the market price of LCAI. The amount shown at the time you subscribe is the correct amount for that subscription period. We are not responsible for price changes between the time you view the price and the time you send the transaction — always verify the amount shown in your wallet before confirming.

Service Availability

LightWeather AI chat is powered by the Lightchain AIVM network. AI responses may occasionally be unavailable or delayed due to network conditions. Subscription fees are not refunded for periods of service interruption.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

Weather Data Accuracy

Weather data is primarily sourced from WeatherAPI.com, with Open-Meteo as a backup when needed. LightWeather makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of weather information. Do not rely solely on LightWeather for safety-critical decisions. Always consult official government weather services (such as the National Weather Service) for life-safety decisions.

AI Responses

AI-generated weather explanations and answers are for informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for official weather forecasts, professional advice, or emergency alerts. LightWeather AI is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

Privacy

Your wallet address is stored on our server only to verify and track your subscription status. We do not collect, sell, or share personal information. No personally identifiable information is required to use LightWeather.

Governing Terms

LightWeather is a decentralized application running on the Lightchain AI network. By using this app and making any payment, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these terms in full.
